What We Do Not Do
We do not pump water, run dryers, tear out drywall, or clean mold. We have no crews. The work is done by independent providers, and they are not employees of Arabdrive Restoration. We also do not set their prices or schedules.
How Providers Are Matched
When you reach out, we ask a few simple questions. Where are you? What happened? Is water still coming in? Then we connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of job. Availability varies, so we do not promise how fast anyone can arrive. Many providers can respond quickly, but you should confirm that with the provider.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are asked to do a few basic things:
- Explain the plan in plain words
- Give a written quote before major work starts
- Respect your home and your schedule
- Hold the licenses and insurance their area requires
You should still confirm these details yourself. Ask to see proof if it matters to you.
