Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent businesses that serve Columbus and the Greater Columbus area. A good fit usually looks like this:

• Handles water extraction, structural drying, or flooded basement cleanup
• Holds the licenses and insurance required in Ohio
• Owns proper drying and monitoring equipment
• Can speak plainly with a stressed homeowner

What We Expect

Homeowners reach us on a bad day. We expect providers to treat them well.

• Answer calls with a clear, calm tone
• Give honest scope and a written quote
• Make no promises you cannot keep, including on insurance
• Show up when you say you will, or tell the homeowner early
• Never pressure anyone to sign on the spot

We do not tell you how to do the work. We do ask for honest dealings with every homeowner we send you.
