We want every homeowner who reaches Arabdrive Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Arabdrive Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
